Sometimes the tool already exists and just needs setting up properly. We configure and tune systems so they run the way they're meant to, without leaving you a pile of settings nobody understands.

We know our way around research platforms like XNAT, Moodle, REDCap, OMERO and LabKey, content management systems like Craft CMS and WordPress, and the Linux systems underneath them. We'll customise the right tool for the job and keep it fast, secure and reliable.

Software has to run on something. We set up and roll out the hardware behind your systems, and make sure it's configured properly before it goes anywhere near production.

You can't manage what you can't see. We put monitoring and building management system instrumentation in place so you know what your systems and spaces are doing, and hear about problems before they turn into outages.

Sometimes you just need a straight answer. We'll look over what you've got, talk through your options, and give you honest advice on what's worth doing - even when that means telling you to do less.
